Q: What immigration services CANVISAS offers?

Permanent Residence Applications we can help with: Skilled Workers and Professionals, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominees and Family Sponsorship.
Q: How could CANVISAS help me with my case?
A: First CANVISAS can offer immigration advice in order to determine what options you may have and what steps should be taken in your case. Second, if CANVISAS determines that you could apply for a visa, we can assist in the preparation of the pertinent applications and supporting documents. Finally, when your file is completed, we will revise it and make sure that it is correct before it is submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Q: What is an LMO application?
A: An LMO (Labour Market Opinion) is an application that must be submitted to the government in order to seek approval for hiring a temporary foreign worker in a Canadian Company. Most temporary foreign workers applying for a work permit require an LMO approval. However, there are some positions that are LMO-exempt. In an LMO application, a Canadian company must prove that they tried to hire Canadian citizens or permanent residents for a position but were unsuccessful to find suitable candidates.
Q: What is the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants?

In addition, the Society is responsible for ensuring the education and competency testing of its members. The Society's mandate is to protect the consumers of immigration consulting services and ensure the competent and professional conduct of its members.
